Anahita

Anahita is currently under development as one of the first residential resorts on Mauritius.  The site will maintain its natural tropical splendor located along a six-kilometer lagoon.  The homes and other buildings will be erected with as little damage to nature as possible.  This incredible location will truly be a part of the Mauritius flora, fauna and culture.

Located on the east coast, this private hideaway will feature a central marketplace and pier.  In addition there will be golf course designed by Ernie Els and a Four Seasons hotel located in its center.  There will be exotic restaurants for sumptuous dining as well as a market to purchase local fresh seafood, fruits, herbs and vegetables for dining at home in one of the exclusive residences.

Facilities

The residents will have access to a community infinity pool for their enjoyment.  In addition there will be a teen and children’s club with various supervised activities.  For the sun worshiper the beach with its soft white sand is available any day of the year.  Tennis, and 18-hole golf course and a fitness center are also being built in the center of the complex for the active at heart.  There will also be plenty of nightlife and shopping to enjoy.

The Four Seasons hotel will have an elegant spa that can be enjoyed by guests at the hotel as a well as residents. The spa will specialize in massages, body wraps and other treatments that will create a feeling of health and well being.

Homes

L’Adamante

The first phase of home building is called L’Adamante.  It consists of 70 homes that will be raised along the shore with the golf course at their backs.  These homes feature open floor plans that bring the beauty of Mauritius indoors.   

Four Season Private Residences

These homes will be built as part of the hotel.  The residences range from 2-6 bedrooms.  Each will have a private verandah and outdoor shower attached to every bathroom.  The interior décor will focus on modern tropical with the goal to bring the elegance of nature into the home.

Lunea

These homes will be 3-5 bedroom villas.  The open architecture and Mauritius style verandahs will truly make the owner feel like a part of this tropical island paradise.  Each home will have an elegant infinity plunge pool.  All the luxury services are available too such as a concierge, valet service and a private chef for in-home cooking.  Each villa has a living room open to the outdoors and natural materials are used whereever possible.

Solaia  

The final phase of this plan is Solaia.  This section of private residences will be located at the southernmost point of the complex.  There will be about 34 villas ranging in size from 3-5 bedrooms.  Like the other home sites, Solaia will focus on incorporating the exotic nature of Mauritius into its architecture, furniture and decor.  Each home will also have its own private covered patio and sparkling plunge pool.
