Cerf Island Wedding Abroad in the Seychelles
Cerf Island is set at the base of a hillside and surrounded by lush and dazzling greenery. There is a marine park around the resort which allows diving and snorkelling. It takes a fifteen-minute boat ride to get from Mahe to Cerf Island. Helicopter and motorboat rides are available from the airport to the resort at an extra fee.
There are a total of two hotels, one beach bar and two restaurants in this resort. While there are no roads, shops or local infrastructure, electricity, water and other amenities are provided by the mainland.

Facilities
Cerf Island provides a lot of facilities for the relaxation and comfort of its guest. There is a lot to do in and around the resort. Guests can borrow water sports equipments that are non-motorized and explore the life underwater. Paddleboats and canoes are also available. A mini spa offers services like Thai massage, Balinese massage, body scrub, facial massage and other therapeutic spa treatments.
There are a variety of water sports and activities that the guests can indulge in like scuba diving, sailing, big game fishing, excursions on semi submersibles and glass bottomed boats, guided snorkelling, pedal boats, sunset cruises, and barbecues and picnics, among other things.
For nature lovers, there are exotic nature trails to be explored. They can also do bird watching, hiking and trekking. Helicopter excursions are organized so the guests can get a bird’s eye view of the breathtaking scenery of this island.
Dining at this resort is a truly memorable experience. Guests can savor mouth-watering delicacies of not only Creole cuisine but also fresh seafood, International cuisines and local specialties. Beach dining is also an option but has to be booked in advance. If you are looking for a not-so-heavy meal or exotic cocktails, you can head towards the pool bar. Light meals, sandwiches, soups and snacks are also served to the guests in their rooms.
Rooms
There are 12 villas in this resort and all of them have thatched roofs and furnished porches. The interiors are done up in sophisticated Creole accents and all furnishings used in each room are locally made. All the rooms are equipped with the following facilities – mini bars, satellite television, a private safe, luxury toiletries, CD and DVD players, spacious closets, a private terrace and tea and coffee facilities.
Hillside Villas
These villas have 4-poster beds, outdoor bathrooms which feature a double bath, and sliding doors which lead to balconies that provide stunning views of the island.
Hideaway Villas
It is the perfect choice for couples who are looking to spend romantic time with each other. The Hideaway villas are located in secluded locations and come with an exclusive sun garden.
Tortoise Suites
These suites were formally known as timber villas as they’ve been constructed in timber. These suites come with a master bedroom, living room that is separate, a lounge and a bathroom.
