I hope you are well. Sorry that this has taken so long, however it is one of those things that you never find time to get around to.

I am writing to thank you for your wonderful customer service and help during the booking of our wedding, and to let you know that the whole experience from Leaving Heathrow onwards was truly wonderful. We shall definitely holiday with Beacomber again.

Our wedding was perfect, the staff were attentive and the resort was absolutely marvellous. The wedding planner treated us as if ours was the only wedding he was organising and made sure that everything was exactly as we wanted it.

Thank you for making our weddinga wonderful, stress free day to cherish.

I hope everything goes as well with your wedding as it did with ours.

Further to our telephone conversation today I would like to, once again, thank yourself Mark and White Sand Weddings for the most amazing wedding and experience of our lives. We have not been stressed at all from start to finish, it couldn’t of run any smoother.

Kakslauttanen Igloo Village & Hotel, Lapland was the most magical resort and absolutely perfect for our wedding. The staff were excellent and even though the Lappish and Finish people are so laid back it does rub of on you and makes living amongst these people a joy. They couldn’t of been more accommodating.

The log cabins took our breath away when we arrived and we felt like the fairy tale had begun. All the wedding arrangements went to plan and we were lucky enough to have our wedding ceremony in the Ice Gallery/Chapel, it was incredible, beautiful and I don’t think you could top it, it was perfect. The reception was also perfect and the staff couldn’t of been more helpful.

Ever moment of the whole day was truly jaw dropping - We then had the perfect end to the perfect day and spent our wedding night under the stars in one of the glass igloos tucked away at the edge of the forest, thick white snow everywhere, every tree covered in white. And then, at about 2.30am, we had our own light show, compliments of the Aurora Borealis (the Northern Lights) – spectacular !!!!!!

The husky safari and snowmobile safari were equally amazing and everyone in our party enjoyed every minute.

Many thanks Mark and get us booked up for next year ASAP !!!!!! J

I will be drumming this experience into everybody I see forever Mark and hopefully get you some more business out of it – it’s been a real pleasure dealing with you.

Just a note to say how much we appriciated everything you and Danielle did for us.  We had an absolutely fantastic day and we couldn't have done it without the two of you.  Everything went completely as planned and without a hitch.   I would (and will) recomend anyone wishing to get married abroad to check yourselves out first!
