Just a quick note to say we actually got Rock Cottage for our wedding & it was spectacular. The staff were all fabulous & made our dream wedding. Blue Waters Hotel have more photos of our wedding on their facebook site.

Just wanted to email you and thank you so much for making our wedding what it was! ALL your advice was spot on and we honestly had the time of our lives. The Shandrani was absolutely fantastic and I can’t say enough about Sandrine especially, but also Daniel the photographer and the staff in general!

Although Sandrine was constantly busy she always had time to come meet us and sort out any issues we had. I’m going to email her later and thank her myself - we also had a picture taken with both Sandrine and Daniel wihch I’ll send through to them both.

The wedding day itself was amazing - we had a lovely hot day to get married on, the clouds suddenly appeared about 4ish creating some fantastic photo opportunities as the sun went down thereafter and then the evening with the guitarists and the meal on the beach for 15 was just superb. Weirdly inbetween the ceremony and the evening on the beach the heavens opened up, it rained for about an hour and then it cleared up instantly, leaving us with a lovely warm evening and a full moon. I can only say it was nothiing short of perfect and thats largely attributed to yourself, Sandrine and a lot of luck with the weather!!

We honestly didn’t want to leave Mauritius - everybody who joined us out there had no bad words to say about the whole time they were there (apart from maybe the bookings of restaurants sometimes which proved to be a little disorganised but as all of the restaurants we so good it really didnt matter!!). It was an experience none of us will ever forget! Very sad when we parted ways to head west when they headed north but we soon fell into honeymoon mode when we entered the Four Rosemead. That place was beautiful, the staff couldn’t have more helpful and we had a great time despite the storm that arrived just before we got there. We travelled to Cape Point, Boulders Beach, Simons Town etc with a tour guide Zane on the first day which was brilliant checked out The Waterfront and Camps Bay all of which we loved.

Undoubtedly the highlight of the South Africa trip was the Shamwari Game Reserve though - we were so exctied about going there and we lucked out completely with our Ranger Sean - he was such a great guide and a fantastic laugh, not to mention the guys who we’re lumped with us were lovely people as well - collectively it was everyones first experience of Safari and we all were blown away. We were nicknamed the A-Team whilst there as we managedto locate a lot of the animals for the rest of the jeeps to come have a look at! There’s not much we didnt see to be honest and again the staff were fantastic, not to mention the accomodation...hardly a tent - more like a viking kings bedroom! Awesome.

And finally the perfect wind-down at Klein Genot which was beautiful: great staff once more and such a wonderful building and restaurant. We were so happy there we didn’t go to any other restaurant the whole time - the food was absolutely amazing. It was so chilled out there - we just walked around taking in the picturesque views and wanting not to believe we were soon to be on our way home.

But then saying that, when we eventually did arrive home, apart from a longing to just go back to Mauritius and lie on the beach for another week or 9, we actually didn’t feel too bad as both knew that everything that we’d experienced in the last three weeks just couldn’t have gopne any better and so it was great to just cap it all off with a glass of champagne with the parents and start letting it sink in just how lucky we had been.

And so, with that, I’ll bore you no longer, but I’ll say once more just how happy and delighted we are with everything you did for us - I’ve mentioned it before, but it truely was something that my new wife and I will hold dearly in our hearts forever. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

The wedding was amazing. Sarah at The Dinarobin was such a star getting everything sorted out for us. We had the exact wedding that we wanted. The location was amazing, the reception dinner food was good, the set up on the beach was lovely, the cake was delicious - it was perfect.

We had an amazing wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble for our wedding co-ordinators Sarah and Veronique. Everything was easy, professional and so very relaxing for us. Just what we wanted. Our evening dinner in the Martello tower was out of this world and so was the wedding breakfast served on our terrace the next morning. We can’t say how much we enjoyed ourselves. Dinarobin definately has that wow factor and is a very special hotel. We noticed not surprisingly that there were many returning guests and hopefully we will be one in the future.

I cannot begin to explain how easy and stress free our Wedding and holiday arrangements have been. I was surprised just how much was arranged for us and also how accommodating everybody is both at White Sands and at our lovely destination ’Legends Mauritius’. From the booking of the wedding/holiday right through to the end of the holiday, everything was just perfect. The information given to us about how the wedding was going to be arranged was superb; the detail in how we should provide the necessary paperwork and the organising of the Wedding Dress Box was perfect.
On arrival to the hotel again everything was arranged with such ease that we really didn’t feel like we were getting married at all. All the ’legal’ requirements to register the wedding, had already been organised for us and we were taken in a private car to Port Louis to complete all of this with Jai our Chauffeur; Jai took care of all of this for us. The following day we spoke to the wedding coordinator and arranged all the other things, cake, flowers, music, location. We were lucky enough to have booked the emperor villa and decided that the gazebo in the garden of the villa should be where we were married. The hotel decorated this brilliantly and made it look out of this world. Our outfits were pressed in the morning and returned back to our room, Elsa the wedding coordinator met with me half an hour before the wedding and helped me with my dress and the hotel Spa helped with my hair.

I can express how stress free this all was; 2 hours before the wedding we were still sunbathing on the beach!
I would certainly recommend White Sands Weddings for the smooth transition from booking to wedding and I would also recommend Legends hotel for an out of this world experience, we really were treated like royalty.
One word to describe this experience..... Magical!

I hope you are both well.

I just wanted to let you know that our wedding in Mauritius was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived till we left, the staff at Le Preskil were very friendly and helpful. Linda, our wedding co-ordinator was excellent, she made everything stress free and even helped when I got sunburnt on the first day (I fell asleep in the sun!) When our guests arrived for the wedding she looked after them and explained everything so that everything ran really smoothly. The photographer was also very friendly and put us at ease. The catermeran trip in the afternoon was excellent and one of the crew members started singing and playing guitar, which made the evening just perfect. It was such a romantic, private, personal and emotional day we couldn’t have hoped for more.

The food at the hotel was also excellent, I particuarly liked Tapas and Ben loved the steak restaurant.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone either for a relaxing and fun holiday, but especially for a wedding. Although they had a wedding nearly every day we were there, they made you feel extra special. Each wedding we saw was unique, which is what we were looking for.

We would like to thank you both, and your staff in Mauritius, as well as the hotel staff, for making our holiday/ wedding/ honeymoon so wonderful and memorable, and we will definitely be recommending your service and Le Preskil to anyone we can :)

I did just want to double check one thing- we have the wedding certificate, but do we have to do anything with this now, before I change my name on all my documents?

Les Pavillon in Mauritius was absolutely stunning from the staff, food and service it was fantastic. Mannie the wedding co-ordinator made everything very relaxed anything you wanted was not a problem, our wedding day was everything we wanted. If anyone else has chosen to get married here they will not be disappointed we would definitely love to return one day. Our honeymoon in Dubai was fantastic we did so much but the highlight would have to be swimming with the Dolphins it was unbelievable. We have come home with terrific memories we will cherish forever.

Hi I would just like to thank everybody responsible for making our wedding day so amazing :) I was worried because I thought it seemed to good to be true! all I had to do was pay for the service and everything was done for me! I loved that I could contact White Sand Weddings at any time with any queries I had and I was always answered very quickly. loved that I was kept informed of how things were going to go as well :) we had a pre wedding meeting with Lorraine and she was lovely! She put us at ease and answered any questions we had and let us know what was going to happen on the day. On the day itself everything went very smoothly I didn’t have to worry about anything! Lorraine was there to meet us and she was great with showing us what to do! my son had a moment where he cried saying he didn’t want to do it (walk down the ’aisle’ with his sister) and Lorraine saved the day (bribery with chocolate!!). The service was brilliant and I loved that the minister included the kids in this as well :) the photos and video were fantastic we were sooo pleased with them and show them off at every opportunity!! cannot recommend White Sand Weddings enough :) thanks Natasha & Nathan xxx

How are you? Well here we are back in the UK with the wedding and honeymoon behind us :( Sad as that is, we had the best wedding and honeymoon on the stunning island of Mauritius and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you did to make it all possible.

Can we also ask that you pass on our thanks to The Dinarobin Hotel staff? Each and every member of staff we came into contact with was so friendly and attentive. Our Wedding Co-ordiator, Sarah, was exceptional and we cannot thank her enough. Clifford and Arnaud, in The Club, were equally amazing. We also had THE best housekeeper, Prunella. Our guests had brought silk petals to decorate our bed on the day of the wedding and each and every day after our wedding Prunella decorated our bed with the petals whilst also adding fresh flowers and swans made from our towels. It was exciting every day to go back to our suite wondering what she had done that day. She went above and beyond her duties and we appreciated everything she did.
